The Blackboard is where women gather to learn, question, reflect, and grow. Serving as a classroom, roundtable, and community forum, it is a space dedicated to meaningful conversation, shared learning, and personal development. Unlike traditional courses, The Blackboard does not follow a rigid curriculum or completion path. Each year begins with a syllabus outlining the subjects intended for exploration, but discussions are free to evolve naturally as new ideas emerge and community interests develop. The purpose of The Blackboard is to broaden perspectives, deepen understanding, encourage self-development, and expose women to experiences, viewpoints, and realities beyond their own. Every discussion begins with a central topic introduced through a video presentation, lesson, or guided discussion. Members are then invited to contribute their experiences, insights, questions, and perspectives, often expanding the conversation far beyond the original subject matter. Each discussion is an opportunity to think critically, engage thoughtfully, and become more intentional.

How It Works

No two discussions are exactly alike. Some topics may inspire extensive conversation, while others may focus more heavily on reflection and learning. The Blackboard is intentionally flexible, allowing each discussion to develop naturally based on the subject matter and community engagement. Attendance and participation are never mandatory; however, active engagement is highly encouraged. Members who regularly participate often gain the greatest value from the discussions, resources, and perspectives shared within the community. Blackboard discussions include A featured video presentation; A mini lesson or written discussion; Community conversation and participation. Depending on the topic, discussions may also include Reflection and journaling prompts; Thought-provoking questions; Self-assessments and challenges; Recommended resources and supplemental reading.

Community Participation

The Blackboard is a collaborative learning environment where every member contributes to the richness of the experience. Members are encouraged to share experiences and testimonies; Ask thoughtful questions; Offer insight and perspective; Learn from the experiences of others; Engage in respectful discussion and constructive debate; Encourage and support fellow members. The value of The Blackboard extends beyond the information presented. It is strengthened by the collective wisdom, lived experiences, and diverse viewpoints of the women who choose to participate.

Posting Schedule

New Blackboard discussions are generally released on the first Wednesday of each month at 11:00 PM. If a discussion is not published at the scheduled time, it may be released later in the month. During periods between releases, members are encouraged to revisit previous discussions, complete reflection exercises, engage with the community, or simply enjoy a well-earned pause before the next conversation begins.

Community Standards

The Blackboard exists to foster learning, growth, accountability, and meaningful dialogue. Members are expected to conduct themselves with respect, maturity, professionalism, and consideration for others at all times. Harassment, bullying, discrimination, intimidation, personal attacks, threats, disruptive conduct, or any behavior that undermines the community experience may result in disciplinary action. Consequences may include warnings, temporary suspension, restricted access, or permanent termination of membership. All situations are reviewed individually and addressed at the sole discretion of The Official Department of Baddie Education.

Member Disputes

Respectful disagreement and healthy debate are welcome; personal conflict is not. The Official Department of Baddie Education does not mediate personal disagreements, relationships, business disputes, or conflicts occurring outside the scope of community participation. Members are expected to manage their personal affairs independently and engage with one another responsibly.

Terms & Policies

Participation in The Blackboard constitutes acceptance of all applicable Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Privacy Policies, and program policies. Members are responsible for reviewing and understanding these policies prior to participation. Failure to comply with community standards or company policies may result in suspension, restriction of privileges, or termination of membership. By participating, you agree to help cultivate a respectful, growth-oriented environment where women can learn, contribute, challenge themselves, and thrive together.
