A Girls-Only Community
Baddie University was intentionally created as a women-only platform to provide a safe and understanding environment where women can learn, share experiences, and grow together without judgment. To preserve the integrity and mission of our community, all prospective members are required to complete a Baddie Authentication Form before admission. This process helps ensure that each member: Meets the eligibility requirements of the platform; Understands and respects our values and standards; Commits to maintaining a positive and respectful environment; Is genuinely interested in personal, spiritual, and educational growth. Our authentication process is not intended to exclude but rather to protect the purpose, safety, and experience of every member.

The official Baddie has access to Baddie University and its digital educational experience. Members receive access to all available courses, journals, studies, and discussions published within the platform. Includes: access to all available content and resources; an Official member of the baddie community.
The Unconventional Baddie is COMMITTED to growth and demonstrates determination. not only is she locked in, but her unconventionality Includes: Automatic eligibility for Baddie of the Month consideration and exclusive experiences as available. Eligibility does not guarantee selection, invitations, incentives, or participation in any specific opportunity.

Certain materials, including private journals, personal reflections, exclusive content, and member experiences, are provided solely for your personal use and may not be copied, reproduced, recorded, distributed, shared, posted online, or disclosed to third parties in any form. Confidential means confidential. What is shared within the membership is expected to remain within the membership. At Baddie University, we deeply value discretion and the trust placed in those who are given access to witness what faith, resilience, and purpose can produce despite life’s circumstances. Access to these experiences is a privilege, not a right. Any suspected or confirmed breach of confidentiality may result in the immediate and indefinite revocation of membership access without refund. Baddie University also reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including claims for damages arising from the unauthorized use, disclosure, reproduction, or distribution of confidential materials and intellectual property.

No Refund Policy All membership purchases, subscription fees, and enrollment payments are final and non-refundable. By enrolling, members acknowledge that they are purchasing immediate access to digital content, educational materials, and membership privileges. Refunds, credits, partial refunds, chargebacks, or prorated reimbursements will not be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: Dissatisfaction with content or experiences; Failure to utilize membership benefits; Changes in personal circumstances or financial hardship; Cancellation of membership before the end of a billing period; A member’s opinion regarding the value, exclusivity, or confidentiality of any content. Confidential Baddie Disclaimer The Confidential Baddie Membership grants access to personal writings and materials selected by Mariuxi Mercedes. Members understand that confidentiality is defined solely by Baddie University and not by an individual member’s expectations, interpretations, or opinions regarding the content provided. A member’s belief that certain information is not sufficiently confidential, exclusive, or valuable shall not constitute grounds for a refund. Cancellation Policy Members may cancel their enrollment at any time. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not entitle the member to a refund for previous payments or the current billing period. Membership access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise stated. Content Availability Baddie University reserves the right to add, remove, modify, update, or discontinue any content, features, educational materials, or membership benefits at any time. Not all content will remain permanently available on the platform. Membership Opportunities UNCONVENTIONAL and confidential baddies receive eligibility for invitations, recognition, gifts, incentives, or special opportunities. Eligibility does not guarantee selection, participation, receipt of benefits, or future opportunities. All opportunities are offered solely at the discretion of Baddie University. Educational Purposes All content provided through Baddie University is intended for educational, informational, inspirational, and self-development purposes only and should not be interpreted as professional legal, medical, mental health, financial, or spiritual counseling. Yes. Members may upgrade their membership at any time during their subscription period.
If you decide to move from a CONVENTIONAL BADDIE membership to a CONFIDENTIAL BADDIE membership before your annual term expires, your current membership will be canceled and replaced with the new plan. Depending on the payment system’s settings, you may receive a prorated credit for the unused portion of your existing subscription, which can be applied toward the upgraded membership.
Because billing and proration are processed through our payment provider, upgrade amounts and credits may vary based on the date of the change. If you have questions before upgrading, please contact us for assistance.
Please note that annual memberships are non-refundable except where required by law.
