At Baddie University, we believe that every woman was created with purpose, beauty, and divine intention. This platform was established as a digital destination for women who desire to grow spiritually, embrace femininity, and pursue self-education in a GUIDED and supportive environment. Baddie University is more than an online community— it is a place of discovery, transformation, and personal development. Whether you are seeking a deeper relationship with God, searching for the meaning of your life, healing from past experiences, or simply desiring to become the best version of yourself, you belong here. Our mission is to encourage every member to: Develop a stronger relationship with God; Discover and walk confidently in their purpose.; Learn the principles of femininity, self-respect, and personal growth; Pursue knowledge and lifelong learning; Build meaningful connections with like-minded women; Grow emotionally, spiritually, and intellectually.
A Girls-Only Community Baddie University was intentionally created as a women-only platform to provide a safe and understanding environment where women can learn, share experiences, and grow together without judgment. To preserve the integrity and mission of our community, all prospective members are required to complete a Baddie Authentication Form before admission. This process helps ensure that each member: Meets the eligibility requirements of the platform; Understands and respects our values and standards; Commits to maintaining a positive and respectful environment; Is genuinely interested in personal, spiritual, and educational growth. Our authentication process is not intended to exclude but rather to protect the purpose, safety, and experience of every member.

Our Commitment We cannot promise perfection, all the answers, or instant transformation. However, we do promise to provide resources, education, encouragement, and a community dedicated to helping each member grow into the woman she was created to become. We believe that purpose is discovered through learning, faith is strengthened through understanding, and transformation begins with the decision to seek more.

ENROLLMENT
PRIVATE ACCESS THE Official Baddie is your classic Baddie University membership: a monthly pass into the digital campus and everything it has to offer at the standard membership level. You receive access to THE digital educational experience, including courses, studies, discussions, educational resources, fieldwork, operations, and the growing collection of knowledge being built throughout B.U. Your membership gives you access to both public and private educational spaces, wherever Official Baddie access is permitted. Think of it as your OFFICIAL DECLARATION OF A BADDIE. You can learn at your own pace, explore different areas of study, participate in discussions, follow your interests, complete assignments and fieldwork when applicable, and make your way through the university according to your own curiosity. The Official Baddie is for womEn who want the KNOWLEDGE, the experience, and the freedom to decide where she goES from there.
PRIVATE ACCESS The Unconventional Baddie receives the same core Baddie University access as the Official Baddie—the difference is the commitment and the perks. Instead of paying month-to-month, you commit to B.U. for the year. That means access to the same digital educational experience: courses, studies, discussions, educational resources, fieldwork, operations, and public and private educational spaces available to standard members. TALK ABOUT A BADDIE WHO HAS MASTERED FINANCE. BY CHOOSING THE unconventional route, you receive immediate consideration for Baddie of the Month, along with eligibility for select field trips, networking opportunities, incentives, invitations, and other experiences reserved for members demonstrating a longer-term commitment to B.U.
CONFIDENTIAL ACCESS This is not a membership upgrade, It is an invitation into a more private side of Baddie University. The Confidential Baddie receives everything included with Baddie University, plus access to areas specifically designated as Confidential. This includes access to M's Private Official Digital Journal, as well as select behind-the-scenes experiences, reflections, materials, and glimpses into the development and reality of Baddie University that are not made available to standard members. expect raw material, Not the version prepared for the public, but instead The “come here, let me tell you what really happened” version. You may witness the ideas before they become programs, the reflections behind the lessons, the experiences behind the philosophy, and the realities that helped shape what Baddie University is becoming. That level of access requires something more valuable than money: trustworthiness.
A Confidential Baddie understands that being allowed to witness someone's private experiences is a privilege. She knows the difference between being trusted with information and being entitled to share it. So if you become a Confidential Baddie, treat the access accordingly. Don't screenshot what wasn't meant to leave the room. Don't record what wasn't offered for recording. Don't turn someone's vulnerable reflection into conversation outside of B.U. Don't mistake proximity for permission. Don't abuse the invitation. Confidential access may include personal experiences, private reflections, intellectual property, developmental material, unreleased concepts, and other content that is intentionally kept within this membership. doors at B.U. are not locked because we don't want you to enter, They're locked because what is behind them requires trust.

CERTAIN MATERIALS, INCLUDING PRIVATE JOURNALS, PERSONAL REFLECTIONS, EXCLUSIVE CONTENT, AND MEMBER EXPERIENCES, ARE PROVIDED SOLELY FOR YOUR PERSONAL USE AND MAY NOT BE COPIED, REPRODUCED, RECORDED, DISTRIBUTED, SHARED, POSTED ONLINE, OR DISCLOSED TO THIRD PARTIES IN ANY FORM. CONFIDENTIAL MEANS CONFIDENTIAL. WHAT IS SHARED WITHIN THE MEMBERSHIP IS EXPECTED TO REMAIN WITHIN THE MEMBERSHIP. AT BADDIE UNIVERSITY, WE DEEPLY VALUE DISCRETION AND THE TRUST PLACED IN THOSE WHO ARE GIVEN ACCESS TO WITNESS WHAT FAITH, RESILIENCE, AND PURPOSE CAN PRODUCE DESPITE LIFE'S CIRCUMSTANCES. ACCESS TO THESE EXPERIENCES IS A PRIVILEGE, NOT A RIGHT. ANY SUSPECTED OR CONFIRMED BREACH OF CONFIDENTIALITY MAY RESULT IN THE IMMEDIATE AND INDEFINITE REVOCATION OF MEMBERSHIP ACCESS WITHOUT REFUND. BADDIE UNIVERSITY ALSO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PURSUE ALL AVAILABLE LEGAL REMEDIES, INCLUDING CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE UNAUTHORIZED USE, DISCLOSURE, REPRODUCTION, OR DISTRIBUTION OF CONFIDENTIAL MATERIALS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.
No Refund Policy All membership purchases, subscription fees, and enrollment payments are final and non-refundable. By enrolling, members acknowledge that they are purchasing immediate access to digital content, educational materials, and membership privileges. Refunds, credits, partial refunds, chargebacks, or prorated reimbursements will not be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: Dissatisfaction with content or experiences; Failure to utilize membership benefits; Changes in personal circumstances or financial hardship; Cancellation of membership before the end of a billing period; A member’s opinion regarding the value, exclusivity, or confidentiality of any content. Confidential Baddie Disclaimer The Confidential Baddie Membership grants access to personal writings and materials selected by Mariuxi Mercedes. Members understand that confidentiality is defined solely by Baddie University and not by an individual member’s expectations, interpretations, or opinions regarding the content provided. A member’s belief that certain information is not sufficiently confidential, exclusive, or valuable shall not constitute grounds for a refund. Cancellation Policy Members may cancel their enrollment at any time. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not entitle the member to a refund for previous payments or the current billing period. Membership access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise stated. Content Availability Baddie University reserves the right to add, remove, modify, update, or discontinue any content, features, educational materials, or membership benefits at any time. Not all content will remain permanently available on the platform. Membership Opportunities UNCONVENTIONAL and confidential baddies receive eligibility for invitations, recognition, gifts, incentives, or special opportunities. Eligibility does not guarantee selection, participation, receipt of benefits, or future opportunities. All opportunities are offered solely at the discretion of Baddie University. Educational Purposes All content provided through Baddie University is intended for educational, informational, inspirational, and self-development purposes only and should not be interpreted as professional legal, medical, mental health, financial, or spiritual counseling. Members are responsible for exercising their own judgment and discretion when applying information obtained through the platform. Acceptance of Terms By enrolling in any membership, members acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and all enrollment policies of Baddie University. Yes. Members may upgrade their membership at any time during their subscription period.
If you decide to move from a CONVENTIONAL BADDIE membership to a CONFIDENTIAL BADDIE membership before your annual term expires, your current membership will be canceled and replaced with the new plan. Depending on the payment system’s settings, you may receive a prorated credit for the unused portion of your existing subscription, which can be applied toward the upgraded membership.
Because billing and proration are processed through our payment provider, upgrade amounts and credits may vary based on the date of the change. If you have questions before upgrading, please contact us for assistance.
Please note that annual memberships are non-refundable except where required by law.

Content is refreshed weekly to ensure members continue to receive valuable and relevant information. Existing materials may also be expanded, revised, or corrected as new insights, resources, and updates become available.
