Baddie of the Month recognizes members who demonstrate exceptional growth, character development, community involvement, and commitment to becoming the highest version of themselves. Selection is based on overall participation within the community, responses to discussions and activities, consistency, personal development, and other relevant factors voluntarily shared with us, including public social media presence and contributions beyond the platform. We are not simply recognizing achievement— we are celebrating transformation.

Eligibility

To be considered for Baddie of the Month, members must: Maintain an active membership for a minimum of three (3) consecutive months; Submit a completed Baddie of the Month Application. Incomplete submissions may limit eligibility for certain benefits, features, and promotional opportunities. To be considered for field trips, retreats, travel experiences, and other long-term recognition programs, members must: Maintain an active membership for a minimum of twelve (12) consecutive months.

Benefits

Baddies of the Month are announced on the first Monday of each month and may receive one or more of the following: Official Baddie of the Month recognition; Featured placement on the homepage; Dedicated spotlight article and member profile; Recognition across The Official Department of Baddie Education social media platforms; Exclusive merchandise, uniforms, and commemorative gifts; Priority consideration for retreats, field trips, and special events; Opportunities to showcase personal brands, businesses, ministries, creative projects, and professional work; Placement within the Certified Baddies Archive and Community Highlights. Selected members may voluntarily submit photographs, social media accounts, business information, and other promotional materials for feature opportunities. Featured content may remain published on our website, blog, newsletters, social media platforms, community spaces, and archives for up to twelve (12) months, or longer if retained as part of historical community records.

Field Trips & Travel Opportunities

Eligible members may qualify for sponsored travel experiences, retreats, destination-based learning opportunities, and other exclusive programs offered through The Official Department of Baddie Education. Travel destinations, eligibility requirements, accommodations, itineraries, booking procedures, and participation criteria are determined solely by The Official Department of Baddie Education and may be modified at any time. International opportunities may require a valid passport and additional documentation. Supplemental terms and conditions may apply.

Spotlight & Promotion

By accepting recognition as Baddie of the Month, members grant permission for The Official Department of Baddie Education to feature their approved content, including their first name, photographs, social media accounts, business information, and related promotional materials. Such content may be displayed on our website, blog, newsletters, community spaces, promotional materials, and social media platforms for the purpose of: Celebrating member achievements; Highlighting community excellence; Encouraging personal growth and leadership; Creating visibility for women making meaningful contributions within their communities and beyond. Our goal is to honor women who consistently show up, invest in themselves, and inspire others through their actions, growth, and commitment to becoming the best version of themselves.
