Journal serves as the literary and educational branch of Baddie University, housing the University’s official publications and written resources. All publications are intended to support students throughout their personal, spiritual, and educational journeys by encouraging critical thinking, PERSONAL reflection AND development, and spiritual exploration. . The Reading Division currently consists of three official publications:

M’S JOURNAL

M’S JOURNAL is the Founder’s personal digital journal, made available exclusively to Confidential Baddies as an educational resource. Unlike Baddie University’s other publications, M’S Journal is raw material—a living record of experiences, thoughts, lessons, encounters, reflections, documents, and testimonies from the Founder’s own life. Through Confidential Access, members are given the opportunity to observe real experiences and examine the lessons, decisions, circumstances, and perspectives that emerge from them. The journal may contain real names, real events, personal experiences, private reflections, testimonies, and other sensitive information. Its purpose is educational: to provide members with material through which they can study life, observe patterns, consider different perspectives, and reflect upon their own experiences. This access is a privilege, not an entitlement.

CONFIDENTIAL ACCESS to M’S Journal, including its entries, documents, materials, recordings, links, and related educational resources, is restricted to active Confidential Baddies. Baddie University reserves the right to modify, restrict, suspend, or revoke access to Confidential materials at any time in order to protect the integrity of its educational resources, the privacy of individuals referenced within them, and the security of the University community. By accessing Confidential materials, members acknowledge that they are receiving information that is not intended for public circulation. M’S JOURNAL REFRESHES EVERY 12 MONTHS. At the beginning of each new 12-month journal cycle, an updated edition of M’S Journal will be issued, and a new private access link will be provided to eligible Confidential Baddies. Previous journal editions may no longer remain accessible once a new edition is issued, at Baddie University’s discretion.

YOUR PRIVILEGE A personal journal is inherently private. Confidential Baddies are being permitted to enter a space that would ordinarily remain inaccessible to the public. The fact that access is provided through a paid membership does not eliminate the responsibility that comes with receiving that access. Payment provides access to the designated membership experience. It does not provide ownership of M’S Journal, its contents, the personal experiences documented within it, or the right to reproduce, distribute, publish, expose, or otherwise misuse the information contained within it. Members are expected to treat M’S Journal with the same discretion and respect that would be expected when being entrusted with another person’s private writings.

REQUIREMENTS By accessing M’S Journal and other Confidential materials, members agree to: {I} Keep all passwords, access credentials, and private links confidential; {II} Not share access with another person, whether or not that person is a Baddie University member; {III} Not reproduce, distribute, publish, upload, or redistribute Confidential materials; {IV} Not screenshot, photograph, screen-record, audio-record, or otherwise capture Confidential materials for unauthorized use; {V} Not copy, transcribe, extract, or repurpose confidential entries or information for public or private distribution; {VI} Not publicly discuss, identify, expose, or circulate confidential information contained within M’S Journal; {VII} Not use names, events, testimonies, experiences, or other personal information contained within the journal outside of its intended educational context; {VIII} Respect the privacy of the Founder and any other individuals referenced within the materials; {IX} Use Confidential materials solely for the educational and personal purposes for which access was granted.

UNAUTHORIZED DISCLOSURE Unauthorized sharing or disclosure of Confidential materials, including passwords, links, journal entries, documents, screenshots, recordings, names, testimonies, or other protected information, may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of membership privileges without refund. Baddie University reserves the right to take further action where unauthorized disclosure, reproduction, distribution, publication, misuse, or exposure causes harm or otherwise violates applicable law or the rights of the individuals involved. The fact that a member paid for access does not authorize them to disclose, distribute, reproduce, or expose Confidential materials. Where appropriate, Baddie University and/or the individuals whose privacy or rights have been affected may pursue legal remedies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Although the information documented within M’S Journal is presented as a truthful record of the Founder’s experiences, Baddie University does not assume responsibility for legal action, claims, disputes, or other consequences arising between individuals as a result of a member’s unauthorized disclosure of information contained within M’S Journal. Where unauthorized disclosure affects the privacy, rights, reputation, or interests of the Founder or another individual, the affected party may independently pursue legal remedies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Baddie University’s provision of access to Confidential materials does not constitute authorization for their disclosure and does not make Baddie University responsible for the actions of a member who violates these confidentiality requirements. Baddie University also reserves the right to take its own action, including suspension or termination of access, when a member violates these requirements.

A MATTER OF TRUST Confidential Access exists because some forms of education cannot be created from polished lessons alone. Sometimes the lesson is found in the experience itself. M’S Journal gives Confidential Baddies the opportunity to study the real material of a life being lived—including the questions, mistakes, discoveries, decisions, consequences, and lessons that may never make it into a textbook. With that access comes responsibility.
