OPERATIONS
extraordinary lives are built through consistent acts of courage, service, and responsibility. For women who believe growth is demonstrated through action, Operations transforms ideas, goals, and ambitions into real-world missions that challenge participants to contribute, build, improve, and create meaningful change. Every operation is designed to encourage women to step outside of their comfort zones, strengthen their character, and leave a positive impact on the world around them.
Our Mission
Operations exists to inspire women to: Take meaningful action; Contribute to their communities; Develop leadership skills; Build confidence through experience; Challenge themselves beyond their comfort zones; Solve real-world problems; Create positive and lasting impact. We believe small actions create lasting change: A single afternoon spent cleaning a neighborhood; A weekend dedicated to serving others; A challenge that pushes you beyond your limits; or A project that improves a community. These moments matter. Operations reminds women that they are capable of creating impact wherever they are, with whatever resources they have.
What Is an Operation?
An Operation is a mission, challenge, project, initiative, or objective designed to accomplish a specific purpose. Operations may be completed individually, alongside MARIUXI MERCEDES, Founder and CEO, or as part of the larger Baddie University community. Each operation is unique. Some missions may focus on personal growth, while others may involve: Community improvement; Volunteerism and outreach; Creativity and entrepreneurship; Environmental initiatives; Fundraising efforts; Mentorship opportunities; Skill development; Acts of service and kindness. Every mission begins with a purpose and ends with a lesson.
Examples of Operations
Operations may include: Personal development challenges; Community clean-up initiatives; Beautification projects; Volunteer opportunities; Fundraising campaigns; Local outreach efforts; Environmental projects; Skill-building challenges; Community improvement initiatives; Acts of kindness and service. No two operations are exactly alike because every mission serves a different purpose.
Community Participation
Operations encourages women to move beyond observation and become active participants in meaningful work. Depending on the nature of an operation, members may be invited to: Volunteer; Collaborate; Donate resources; Contribute ideas; Participate in challenges; Attend community events; Document progress; Support local initiatives. Participation requirements, eligibility criteria, costs, and responsibilities may vary by operation. Certain projects, events, or initiatives may require participants to execute additional agreements, waivers, releases, or codes of conduct.

Join the Mission
Not every woman is called to sit in the audience; Some are called to build, to serve, To lead, or To leave a place better than they found it. Operations is for the women who are ready to roll up their sleeves and get to work.
