We believe small actions create lasting change: A single afternoon spent cleaning a neighborhood; A weekend dedicated to serving others; A challenge that pushes you beyond your limits; or A project that improves a community. What Is an Operation?

An Operation is a mission, challenge, project, initiative, or objective designed to accomplish a specific purpose. Operations may be completed individually, alongside MARIUXI MERCEDES, Founder and CEO, or as part of the larger Baddie University community. Each operation is unique. Some missions may focus on personal growth, while others may involve: Community improvement; Volunteerism and outreach; Creativity and entrepreneurship; Environmental initiatives; Fundraising efforts; Mentorship opportunities; Skill development; Acts of service and kindness. Every mission begins with a purpose and ends with a lesson.
